When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–10 business days (U.S. only). Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or promotions.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
How much does shipping cost?
We currently have a $8 flat rate for shipping. We also offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $60.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Product & Sizing
What materials are your pieces made from?
Our jewelry is made from high-quality metals including 14k gold filled and plated, silver-tone, and rhodium-plated finishes. Many pieces include cubic zirconia detailing for a brilliant, long-lasting shine. All pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Our pieces are designed to be tarnish-resistant with proper care. We recommend avoiding water, lotion, and perfume directly on your jewelry to maintain its finish. Tarnishing can occur over time.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes! All Ever Her jewelry is nickel-free and lead-free, making it suitable for most sensitive skin types.
How do I know if a bracelet will fit me?
Most of our bracelets are open cuff designs or come with adjustable closures, making them a one-size-fits-most style. Exact measurements or fit notes are included in each product description.
What about necklace lengths?
Necklace lengths vary by design, but most pieces include an adjustable chain (usually 18" + 2" extender) to give you flexibility. You’ll find detailed length info in each product listing.
Do you offer ring sizing?
At this time, most of our rings are offered in a one-size-fits-most open band design or fixed sizes noted in the description. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us for more sizing help.
How can I care for my jewelry?
To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Avoid contact with water, lotions, and perfumes
- Store in a cool, dry place (we recommend the pouch your item arrives in)
- Gently clean with a soft cloth
